Laura McGreal spent 18 years building and leading high-performance teams — first at Accenture Strategy, then at Google, where she led the EMEA international growth business and was twice recognised with a Leadership Award.

She has worked at the heart of some of the world’s largest companies and knows what it takes to perform at the highest level, day in, day out. Through her own experience, she also understands the danger of burnout and the risk poor health poses to leaders.
